It has been three years since the disaster on the USG Ishimura, in 2511. The Sprawl, a civilian space station located on one of Saturn's moons; Titan. The Necromorph outbreak begins yet again on the innocent station, taking people by the thousands. People have tried and tried again to escape the station, but have been struck down by the military forces. No one has any idea why people are turning into the horrifying monsters known as Necromorphs, and if they do, they do not know where the source of the transformation is coming from. With no chance to escape nor run and hide, all hope seems lost within the colony. Will anyone survive the outbreak?
